Our new Members’ Website
We are delighted to see so many of you actively engaging with this, our new website designed especially for Coopers’ Company Members. Many of you will have already navigated the website and seen the benefits but, in case you haven’t explored fully as yet, here are a few pointers.
Calendar – this is updated with details of meetings and functions for both the Company and the Society along with a number of external events which could be of interest. The Calendar is now populated to the end of 2025 and will be added to throughout the year. You can already find key dates including Common Hall, the Cask Race, and Installation Service in 2025. The Henry Cloker Service and the Banquet have the dates for 2024 & 2025.
Event booking . Booking for all functions is now done through the Members’ Website. By clicking on a date from the Calendar it will take you to booking options or, you can look at the list in the Events section, book and simply pay by credit or debit card. Bookings are open now for the Henry Cloker Service on 9th October 2024, and bookings will be open from 18th September for the Livery Banquet on Friday 15th November 2024. The Banquet at Mansion House is the absolute highlight in the Company calendar, therefore don’t miss out when bookings go live on 18th September!
Updates – you can check here to see regular updates about the Company but if there is something you think should or could be added, please email Events
Directory – Members are listed on the Directory and it is easy to search for someone. As an individual, you can control what details are shared.
Your Profile – you will see this at the top right when you log in. We would be pleased to see many more Members updating their profiles to include a photo, occupation, professional qualifications and experience along with hobbies and interests which is a new field.
Donate – if you would like to donate to the Coopers’ Charity CIO you can do so and, if easier, please go straight to this link
Shop – you can purchase Coopers’ Merchandise using the Shop function. Collection from Coopers’ Hall is free and just needs to be arranged with Danny or if you add postage to your Cart, your item can be posted.
Last but not least is Company Information where you can find out more about the History of the Company and The Society and additionally Ajax, the Company Mascot and find official photos in The Gallery
We are currently working with website developers to update our externally facing website and look forward to sharing this with you in the near future.
As always, happy to help with website related questions.
